Homemade Tortilla Chips
A favorite snack of the staff at Myrtle Creek Nursery & Farmhouse Shop in Fallbrook, California; these are especially good with Myrtle Creek's Salsas such as Green Chile Salsa, Black Bean and Corn Salsa,
Peach Chipotle Salsa!


Ingredients

1 Pkg  Tortillas- Can use Flour, Corn or Whole Wheat

1 tsp  Mexican Chili Powder

1 tsp  Ground Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp  Kosher Salt

1 can  Cooking Spray, can be Olive Oil Based


Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Lightly coat both sides of tortillas with cooking spray

Stack tortillas in a pile and cut them into triangular wedges (like cutting a pizza).

Place triangle on cookie sheet sprinkle with seasoning as desired. (Mexican Chili Powder, Ground Cayenne Pepper).

Bake until lightly browned and slightly curled. About 12 minutes. (Careful not to let them burn).

Toss chips with salt to taste. Serve with Myrtle Creek Salsas! Esta Buena!
